It looks like something didn’t install correctly or only installed half way? I would recommend doing a clean install of the OS and POCS if it’s not too much trouble.

If that’s not possible you could try the following to just reinstall POCS and it’s dependencies by doing:

mamba env update -n conda-pocs -f ~/pocs/environment.yaml

Again, I’d recommend the clean install of everything if possible as it looks like something went wrong the first time.

sir after I used the code another code appeared which asked me to activate or deactivate an environment.

To activate this environment, use

# $ conda activate conda-pocs

# To deactivate an active environment, use

# $ conda deactivate

The errors should be fixed now although I think the cleanest would be to do a fresh install. For the record, one of the dependencies got updated and that isn’t yet working on the Raspberry Pi.

The message about activating the environment is normal and you can ignore it. We should probably hide it from people.
