A brief presentation about PANOPTES was delivered to a group of 47 eighth-grade students from Sang-Ngag-Chhoeling (Chargharey) Lower Secondary School. They were accompanied by four dedicated teachers on an educational excursion to Samtse College of Education on October 18, 2023.
